Resolving Issues

We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and effectively. Here's our process:

  1. Initial Contact: Speak with a team member at your nearest branch or connect to us via any of the convenient methods outlined above. We will do our best to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution of the issue, it will be escalated to our Management team for further review.
  3. Complaints Manager: If you have completed the first two steps and feel further action should be taken, you can contact our Complaints Manager via:
     
  4. External Resolution: If we cannot resolve your concern to your satisfaction, you may contact the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA):
